A big thing that used to trip me up when I began connecting with the natural rhythms of Mother Earth and my own internal cycles, was that sometimes they did not match up.

For example, have you read that the start of a woman’s menses corresponds to the new moon? Yet that’s not when your period started.

Or have you ever felt super down on a bright sunny day and fired up + energized in the middle of winter?

It took a long time for the wisdom to settle in my body —> we don’t live in a world where there is only one rhythm.

This podcast is a contemplation and an invitation to look at your relationship to your internal rhythms.

For me, it was helpful to start with the 4 seasons.

THE PRACTICE

Here are some questions I invite you to contemplate:

▷ What season is your internal system in right now? Is it different then what is happening with the weather outside?

▷ What season is your overall career or business in right now? What about a project you are undertaking in your work, is it in a different season?

▷ What season is your primary relationship in?
